I recently closed on purchasing a COOP through Walsh and Gilad. I found them through using Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans so the lawyer fees were all covered by the plan. I had a very good experience with the process as Ryan Walsh and Albert Hakimi were very thorough and did a good job from drafting the initial signed contract all the way to the final closing. Ryan Walsh also helped me find a good mortgage broker who helped me lock in a rate right before rates spiked. I would highly recommend using Walsh and Gilad, especially if you are someone who is enrolled in Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans as all the legal fees are covered.

I use their services to buy a house and the guide me through process; since day one communication was great, although the process was very long due to the seller’s inconvenience, they proof to be consistent and on top of the situation. They are on your side and will look for any details to defend your money. After regaining track of the process they sped up and I was able to close on time.
