I called Maria's office at around 11:30 am and requested an appointment the same day if possible. The receptionist gave me 3 pm. I arrived half hour before and was given some forms to fill out. At around 3:20 was called in by Ms. Mateo and she explained to me that what I needed done could be done today. I was very happy for that. We sat down and she interpreted everything to me in a way I understood. I am very happy with Maria.

I had a very positive experience with Ryan and his staff members. Ryan was able to answer every single question I had and, due to my schedule, he made himself available to me before and after business hours - even with his responsibilities as a doting husband and father. Ryan made suggestions that made my deal even better than what I had originally negotiated. Furthermore, in addition to his high level of deal knowledge, he's just a really nice, lighthearted man who is a good conversationalist and can make you smile on the worst days (thank God!).
