This was my first time getting a lawyer and trying resolve a lawsuit and from start to finish they were the absolute best I could ask for. From day one they listened to my problems and walked me through every step making things as easy for me as possible. From the receptionists to the paralegals to the lawyers, everyone was so nice and attentive. They honestly made me feel like they were doing everything they could to resolve my case in a fast and efficient manor. I would hope no one would have to need them but if you do they are your best bet by far!!!

The people of the law firm of Cohen and Jaffe were pleasantly dedicated to the task of achieving the award goals promised. More importantly they, and especially Rich Jaffe,, were concerned for my health and treatment and full recovery from the accident. Carol and Tiger were relentless in their persuit of satisfying the administrative duties necessary in legal matters. I was very satisfied to the point that I already have recommended Cohen and Jaffe to relatives who are presently using them.

Rude paralegal. She makes multiple phone calls and emails to acquire about my case, almost an harassing experience. I did return her phone calls and emailed her to get an update on my case. For over three weeks she ignored my returned phone calls. She never returned my calls. Even the lawyers never responded to my emails and phone calls regarding their rude paralegal behavior. A law firm like this is only interested in big cases that can bring revenue into their business. I recommend to use another law firm. Don't believe the numerous high ratings and reviews from this law firm. The good thing about Google Review a person can voice their honest review of a business without being harassed by the company.

I don’t know how the hell they are 5 stars I was thrilled to hire them they are horrible at communicating I had to do all the calling and it’s not fare why take a case and not keep a person updated I don’t recommend them at all I totally regret ever dealing with them👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

After being in a bad accident the last thing you want is a headache dealing with paper work, medical Bills, Theraphy ect. I reached out to Cohen and Jaffe because of the their reviews and they really live up it to. From the moment I called all I had to do was give them my information and full detail of my accident at that was it. All the paper work were handled by them in a timely manner all o had to do was snap a picture of anything they needed and email it over. I was never put on hold because their awesome team always had an answer to my question and my concerns. They called me after surgery just so see how I was doing which shows they care. Too many names to mention but Rich, Stefan, Daniel, Ariel and the rest of their team were on top of everything. I recieved my settlement in 4months which I couldn't believe and was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this team hands down. Thank you all for your help and support and making such a difficult time so easy for me. Thanks again.

From the moment I called their office, they handled everything for me, it was seamless. I got calls just to see how I’m doing, if I need help with anything, etc regularly. They were on top of everything and made me so relaxed and comfortable with the entire situation. I’d highly recommend!!!!

I had a accident last jan.26 that put me out of work for three months .I went to this law office for help .they help me with the compensation and got me just under a 100000 dollar.Im 75 this maybe my best Christmas ever.thank you all at Cohen and jaffee. I was very happy with Cohen and jaffe they took care of everything while I recovered from my accident. They settled the case swiftly and there staff was very kind and pleasant.

After my accident I didn't want just any lawyer that found me over the CB radio. I did my research and found the law office of Cohen & Jaffe. I called and met with them that same week. I had Richard Jaffe as my lawyer. He communicated with me throughout the case which, took about two years. Texting, calling and checking up on me to see if I was doing okay. His staff is very hard-working and reliable. I was never left out of the loop and got updated frequently. I highly recommend the law office of Cohen & Jaffe
