What an amazing experience I had working with Rich Jaffe. I will always highly recommend this law firm to everyone I know. When my car was hit, I was completely hopeless. No one seemed to want to help me, not even my own car insurance company. I truly would not have been able to do it without Rich. He helped me every step of the way and never made promises he wasn’t able to keep. He stopped at nothing to get my car fixed and I will forever be grateful. Don’t hesitate to give them a call you won’t regret it!

Overall a great firm. It was a pleasure to work with Richard Jaffe and Carrol. Carrol is a very helpful person, Dara needs to speak to the clients with respect she has no respect from the experience I had with her.

When I was hit by a car and lost both my jobs I thought I would be homeless. I had never sued anyone, and didn't think I would get any money. I had been hit before and the police said since I was barely injured that I wouldn't get a cent. I went into this car accident thinking I wouldn't get anything and that I would have to suffer for the rest of my life. Granted I will suffer from injuries sustained for the rest of my life, at least I have something to fall back on. This is due to Richard Jaffe handling my case and letting me recuperate and bounce back, with my medical bills paid for, and my wages compensated through no fault. All of the staff that I had worked with had been professional courteous and reminded me of appointments so that I could get the best possible settlement. 1/3 went towards their office, along with some fees, but he reduced those fees and put them in my pocket a gesture of good faith and understanding towards my situation. The only fault I have is that they insisted to accept the first offer which was really low and was told it was due to biased/ racial issues with the jury

Extremely happy with the services of Cohen & Jaffe. Cheryl was great in her coordination and keeping me informed on the case progress. The attorney was able to get me great relief on the traffic ticket, which i think was unfairly assessed. Extremely happy with the timely help from this law firm. Would highly recommend to others. I just wanna take this time to thank Maria and the entire team at The Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe for not only going above and beyond to make sure I was always updated and hospital bills taken cared of but for also handling my case and closing in just 4 months. I was involved in a rear end collision on May 5, 2018, had knee surgery 3 weeks later and received my settlement check today 8/28/18. I couldn’t tell you the horror stories I hear about people waiting years to receive penny’s. Cohen & Jaffe hit it out the park for me. I will DEFINITELY recommend your office to everyone I hear that was involved in any type of accident. Thank you again guys.

I am thrilled to say that my experience with Cohen & Jaffe has not only met but exceeded my expectations. Mr Jaffe takes care of his clients and his staff all share the same quality. Not once did I feel I was treated like just another case. In our first conversation, Mr Jaffe told me his job was to make me feel like I'm his only client, and it gladdens me to say that he certainly delivered on his promise. He would reply to all of my texts, and would even take time out of his busy schedule to personally call me to explain something I didn't quite understand. Carola Sanchez was a delight to speak with, she would follow up with me whenever required and would thoroughly explain everything. Mr Pena and Mr Lew are top class gentlemen and in a league of their own.
