The first divorce lawyer I hired was totally incompetent. I couldn't get in touch with him for weeks or even months at a time. He ignored my emails and phone calls, and his mishandling of my case almost left it beyond recovery. Feeling desperate and depressed, one of my friends recommended Mr. David Dikman – who happened to be her ex-husband's lawyer. It speaks volumes when a friend recommends the opposing side's lawyer. Thankfully, Mr. David Dikman agreed to take on my complicated case. He approached it with professionalism and clarity, providing a realistic picture of my situation and expectations. His communication was concise and prompt, whether through emails or phone calls, addressing every query immediately, including when it came from the opposing lawyer. He patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed at every stage of the process. David Dikman's competence surpassed my ex's "high net worth" lawyer by miles, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. He not only saved my divorce but also my sanity. I wholeheartedly recommend him – his advice was invaluable in helping me make informed decisions and see the bigger picture, which time has only confirmed. Jim helped me out with a personal injury case. He was always available when I had a question. His paralegal, Jeane, was exceptional at promptly responding to my inquires and resolving any issues that I had. On top of assisting me with the personal injury suit, they also helped me with the process of working with no-fault and the insurance adjusters.

David is absolutely the best matrimonial attorney anybody could possibly ask for. He is five stars across the board - professionalism, knowledge of the court system, approachability, preparedness, honesty, I could go on and on. I cannot say enough about how much I relied on David for a rather emotionally difficult and stressful divorce. David was an essential advocate for me from the outset; filing an immediate motion for temporary exclusive possession of the marital residence - which was a major factor in my mental and emotional well being. I believe he was instrumental in guiding all parties to ultimately reaching a settlement and avoiding a trial (after almost two years). He is caring and kind, but firm when he needed to be (being direct and truthful at all times). I came to trust and rely on him and his advice very heavily throughout the ups and downs of this process.
