Mr. Saperstein is an expert in senior care law. He was helpful in explaining our options. We were never rushed and he was always there to answer all our questions. He kept us informed as we went through the process for applying for Medicaid. He is very efficient and thorough. I am so glad he represented us because the Medicaid application is complicated. I would highly recommend him. Within 8 weeks we were approved for Medicaid. One less thing we have to worry about.

Danielle Becker was able to rearrange her schedule to fit us in after we had some family emergency. When we were there she explained every document and answered all questions as they arose. Certain things needed to be changed and they did it right then and there. They’re very knowledgeable and just wants the best for their clients. I highly recommend everyone having a plan set in place for when god for bid you get sick and nothing is set up and all your assets and money are already set to go to someone else. Avoiding probate is the key. We were very happy with all the work they did for us and the price was fair.
