James Burdi was absolutely terrific with my difficult real estate transaction. I received the closing statement and I am very impressed!!
The statement package is by far the best I have ever seen.
I am an Associate Real Estate Broker for over 30 years.
Every time I list a property the homeowner brings out their closing package. The papers are usually stuffed in an envelope and a total mess!

Richard Apat was the second attorney I hired on a difficult adverse possession claim. He was up front, honest and available when I had any questions or concerns. I wish I had hired him first!
He allowed me to weigh my options and advised me on the best route to go. He had my best interest in mind when some attorneys just care about the money, he cares about his client.

Phil was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with our mortgage when an incorrect appraisal threatened our purchase.
