Calls and voicemails went unanswered, and consultations with Christabel only led to extra charges without any real progress. Their incompetence has caused significant stress and jeopardized my business. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that actually delivers.

This firm has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. My experience with Deepak, Vincent, and Christabel has been infuriating and incredibly frustrating. They promised to resolve my case within two weeks and submit an appeal last week. Neither of these promises was kept. The appeal draft I received was not only inadequate but downright embarrassing. It failed to address any critical issues, and now my business is at severe risk with today's looming deadline. The level of unresponsiveness from this office is beyond unacceptable. My calls and voicemails were completely ignored, and every consultation with Christabel resulted in additional charges with zero progress. Classic company that over promises and under performs. Patti and the owner CJ both sold us that we had an open shut case and it was a guarantee that our account would be suspended for having an alleged multiple account. We presented the evidence to amazon sent their letter over and over again with proof and affidavit. Not only did amazon ignore us not even respond after several times escalating the appeal they kept our $15,000 in funds owing to us saying we did not pass identity verification. Vincent from amazon lawyers who works for CJ just kept stating submit the same plan over an over again. What a waste of time and energy. Not only did we get ignored amazon kept our funds. This company did nothing but waster our time and after CJ initial conversation with us he completely ghosted us. Please avoid this company like the plague.
