I have had the privilege of getting to know CJ and his team for a while now. When my clients need legal help he is the first person I recommend. Their knowledge for the legal process, Amazon and IP claims is second to none. I strongly recommend them.

CJ was great to work with and helped my business in a major way. A large corporation filed a false complaint against my Amazon business and they would not respond to any of my communication. Once I got CJ involved everything changed. He was able to advise me along the way and was successful in getting the corporation to contact Amazon and remove their complaint. I'd highly recommend him to any Amazon Seller that needs to defend their listings/account from false complaints. My specific situation was a Trademark Violation complaint when no violation actually existed. Without CJ's help I wouldn't have been able to get the company to withdraw.

Selling on Amazon is great until there is an issue. Then there is no one to talk to. Without knowledge of how the Amazon system works you are lost. Precise protocol must be followed or the issue will not be resolved. Everyday spent on figuring out exactly what Amazon wants from you and then trying to execute it is money and time lost. The confusion and feeling of helplessness is overwhelming. But there is no need to waste time on all that. No reason to feel lost. CJ and the crew at Amazon sellers lawyer have the experience and the know how to resolve the issues asap. So you can get back to selling and making money. They will analyze your account determine the issue come up with a POA and execute immediately. If not for them I would be lost right now. They were there when I needed them and got me right back to selling.

I didn't even realize I had previously given him a five star review. DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS. WHO HAS 200 5 STAR REVIEWS AND NO NEGATIVES. I MET WITH HIS LAST INTERNET ADVERTISER / SPAMMER IN LONG ISLAND WHO TOLD ME ALL OF CJ'S TRICKS AND SCAMS. NOT ONLY THAT, HE LIES ABOUT HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS. TAKE MY WORD ON IT. HE TRIES TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR DISBURSEMENTS ARE SO THAT HE CAN TRY TO BULL UOU FOR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. HE IS AN INTERNET SPAM CON ARTIST BULLDOG.
