I can't believe that CJ answered my text message in the middle of a Saturday in person!! I was afraid of an Amazon suspension of my seller account if I responded to Amazon's actions of taking $1800 from my account without just cause. CJ reviewed the situation online and within minutes gave me his cell phone to call him and gave me some salient advise. Advise that probably prevented my Amazon seller account suspension in fact!
