I purchased this service 2 months ago in hopes of getting my account back. I told them I was 19 years old and this was the last of my money and they gladly took it. My account was baselessly deactivated by Amazon, and this service could not manage to recover it. The thing that’s most suspect about this service is that they charge you $40 to contact them and ask them questions about your case. Right then and there I knew something fishy was going. When they sent the legal appeal to Amazon, they just started ghosting me and not updating me. I was scared to email them because I didn’t want to get charged $40 again. If you were suspended on Amazon for actually breaking the rules, just know that this service couldn’t even get my account back for not breaking the rules. Overall terrible experience, I cannot believe I fell for this. I have learned

I really don't have enough words to describe how grateful and thankful I am to this law firm. You shouldn't think it twice before hiring them. Omg I don’t know where to start. These guys are amazing. I was overwhelmed and had doubts about not finding good attorney. Some other seller accused us of patent infringement and went ahead with Amazon APEX program and now I had to look for some good lawyer. I had really short time. They did such an amazing job and we won today against other seller who was accusing us of their patent infringement. I can’t thank enough to these people.
