This man is great at what he does. I called him and told him of my bad experience with a salesperson. He lessened and got results fairly quickly. What a weight lifted off of my shoulders!! All of my family and friends has his info. I highly recommend him!!

He didn't know what he was doing. He didn't even show up for our Hearings in Court after I paid him. I ended up having to represent myself pro se because he took my money and ran. He only cares about getting money, and then leaves the client with NO representation. He is a first class USER.

David Kasell works magic, I had been done wrong by a car dealership with my car that had been at the end of a lease, the dealership did not want to honor my lease buyout agreement cause of the "pandemic" and then proceeded to add warranties and protection without me being aware and skyrocketed my payments, went to David, told him the story, he told me there is a case and asked me what I wanted to do, proceeded with what needed to be done and once he got to work he was able to get a settlement check with an amount that I thought I would never see again, all before even stepping into a courtroom. I think the biggest thing to take from this is, David is here for us and you can trust him. He is a master of his craft and will help you out in tough times, he proves that there is still good people in this world!

I highly recommend the Kasell law firm. David Kasell handled our case when we realized after a recent car purchase that the dealership had taken advantage of us. David was more than excellent, he was personable and knowledgeable, and his considerable expertise won us a great settlement from a car dealership who had scammed us out of not a small amount of money. Have you ever walked into a car dealership to buy a car, thinking you were paying one price, but after getting home and reading closely the confusing and multiple pages of paperwork, you suddenly realize you paid a lot more than you had intended? (What happened here?) Beware. All the while they tread the thin line between legal and illegal, hoping you won’t notice where they actually crossed it. They wear you down by keeping you in the dealership for 3 hours waiting to close, and then have you sign in 48 places, all to their psychological advantage. If what I’m describing to you sounds familiar, do not hesitate to call the Kasell law firm. He has seen it all before and knows what to do.
