He wrote a letter on my behalf to the car manufacturer. He sent me a copy, and it was right on target and strongly worded. When that did not work, we discussed my options. We decided to file a lawsuit. The case settled in a reasonable time, and I got the full price paid for the car. David Kasell is a consumer advocate with extreme passion for his clients.
