I used Wilde and Weinberg and worked with Mr. Neagu on an immigration matter. Mr. Neagu did a wonderful job and I would wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend him. Mr. Neagu was very quick to understand my case and immediately noticed the nuances and gave me the strong feeling I have a smart and capable on my side and he cares about the details of my case. In fact, he quickly identified a couple of issues that required further analysis and resolve, that my previous lawyer didn’t notice. Mr. Neagu was very dedicated to my case and went out of his way to ensure it’s resolved as well as possible. He spotted a mistake in a third party document and was chasing them to fix it and resend the document, even it was clear we can live without it and the mistake wasn’t his. He also chased immigration to ensure all the material we sent them arrived on time. Mr. Neagu was very respectful of me and my questions and answered them at length and quickly. He always replied to my emails in a very timely manner and with enough details to patiently explain to me his views. I never frlt rushed or unheard. When my case got resolved he still answered some additional questions I had about a related topic and provided me with a letter to immigration explaining that related topic so I could use in my future interaction with them. I have nothing but good things to say about him and am sure he’d be super helpful to anyone who hires him and his firm.

Wildes & Weinberg were amazing to work with. We worked directly with Josh. The process was very seamless and they made sure we had all of our paperwork in order. They prepared my wife and I, and even attended our green card interview. We received approval 30 minutes after the interview. After the interview, we were in constant communication with Josh and his team regarding the green card. I highly recommend them for your immigration needs!

Very happy with the service provided. I am a Canadian who has property in Mexico and has travelled there a couple times a year for years. Out of the blue I was detained and deported back to Canada with no explanation. I asked RCMP and Canadian Border Services and was told this was all the Americans doing. I hired Wilde’s and Weinberg and they uncovered an email between the RCMP and US Border Services where RCMP said I was an organized crime figure because of a minor charge in 1992 for which I have a Canadian pardon. For this I was put on a no fly list but with the evidence Wilde’s and Weinberg provided I was able to get things cleared up with the FBI and can travel to the US again and hopefully everywhere else. I don’t know for sure but I believe a lot of the work they did was outside our original scope but I was not charged any extra. Any Canadians who are getting the run around at the border should check them out, your problem may not be who you think it is. Can’t thank them enough.

Our application for green card and naturalization was a long process. Along this path, the team from Wildes & Weinberg was very professional and helped us tremendously not only for the proper preparation of the documents but also providing us timely and extremely helpful advice on many key steps.
