We had a great experience with Michael Wildes and his team at Wildes & Weinberg P.C. We came to the US for a holiday and ended up staying due to Covid and challenges to travel back home to Asia during the pandemic. We were able to obtain a "green card" for my wife and all aspects of the process were handled expertly by Michael's firm. In addition the team was very helpful and supportive with any and all questions and concerns that we had. We felt we were in good hands the whole time and what would normally be a situation fraught with anxiety was tranquil.

A year ago,my husband and I were feeling defeated after his I-485 was denied. We started calling several attorneys seeking legal advice and heard a lot of different opinions that did not give us the right sense of trust. Finally, we called Wildes & Weiberg and had a phone call with Michael and Adam Moses. From the initial call, they inspired us with the confidence we needed as they listened attentively and had vast experience with cases similar to my husband's. For one year, we worked very closely with Adam Moses and Belline Manopla. A year later, our waiver was ready to go. We went to the USCIS interview with the right confidence as the waiver was absolutely impeccable. We received the approval of the waiver three days after the interview!!!! Last Friday, when we opened the mailbox, the GC was there. We screamed, we cried, we opened champagne. We are planning our honeymoon to Paris. My wife and I are from Connecticut, and ended up traveling to New York in order to find an immigration lawyer to help with my case. I had a tricky situation in the beginning, and ended up being put with Tudor Neagu during our time with Wildes & Weinberg. I just received my green card after a long four year process. Tudor helped to make everything clear during our time, and was always prompt in sending out a thorough follow-up email whenever we had to travel to New York. He also was available by phone, and always responded quickly to emails. When we submitted our waiver, he made sure to go over the necessary material to gather in order to make our case stronger. If you have a difficult case, I highly recommend working with Tudor, as he was clear, honest about each outcome, timely, and educated regarding each aspect of our case. It was a long process, but was definitely worth making the trip to New York and working with him.
