Tenemos un caso en ésta firma de abogados y hemos tenido muuuy mala experiencia y muy mala comunicación cuando eh llamado para hacer preguntas la persona me contesta lo mismo a diferentes preguntas y hasta me dice: señora le repito. Y hasta enojada la escucho. - Tengo que llamar varias veces para que me conteste la Sra. Cristal que es con quien debo hablar cualquier duda o pregunta que tenga. - La mayoría de veces que llamo me dicen que la Sra. está muy muy ocupada. - Ayer quisimos hacer una cita para hablar con el abogado que nos lleva el caso y no se nos permitió. Y aquí estamos con dudas. - Cuando tenemos alguna pregunta y por fin nos contestan nos dicen que nos van a regresar la llamada en unos minutos y cuando pasa mucho tiempo mas que minutos volvemos y llamar y nos dicen lo mismo. -

La espera es larga, y hay unas que otras personas no tan amables. No me satisfizo la respuesta a mi caso. Oh! Y por favor deberian no tirar tanto la puerta que esta frente a la sala de espera! Es molesto cada cez que alguien sale y solo tira esa puerta. Hay una paralegal que no recuerdo su nombre que es bastante antipatica.
