Not only was attorney Hartman highly competent in arguing a case for asylum (for which I translated), but made sure that his clients clearly understood every step and dimension of the process. A kind and caring person, as well!

I contacted attorney Patricia Garcia for an Immigration matter, she was very professional in consultation and very patient explaining the process we were going to use. She encouraged me to apply for a U-Visa, which is a nonimmigrant visa which is set aside for victims of crimes (and their immediate family members) who have suffered substantial mental or physical abuse and are willing to assist law enforcement and government officials in the investigation or prosecution of the criminal activity. She obtained the required certification on my case, prepared affidavits and submitted proof of all the suffer I went through. I applied for my family members also as they are qualifying relatives, and now we are just waiting for the decision of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. We will definitively recommend her.

Mussa Obregon and Associates are great at what they do, especially Patricia Garcia. She made my wife's immigration case that required an approved provisional waiver for her illegal entry into the US seamlessly easy and fast. I provided all documents and Patricia organized everything. My concerns were always answered promptly. I know that I could have done this on my own(which I did well the first part petition for relative which was approved) but I did not want to take a chance with the waiver and visa interview. I'm glad I went with this firm because my wife is now a permanent resident. The whole process since going with the firm took about 8 months for the visa interview with the approved waiver.
