Our experience with Jacoby & Jacoby was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was very pleasant and so hopeful through one of the toughest times in our lives. We highly recommend Jacoby & Jacoby to everyone we know. They turned our horrible situation upside back to normal.. We cant thank them enough.

My experience with Jacoby & Jacoby was amazing. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and all the work was done by them!!! It made what I was going through much less stressful. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

If I can give this people zero start I will!!! These so called lawyers are liars and scammers, in December 2022, my chapter 13 bankruptcy process began, which obviously would not begin without paying for their services, which Keith clearly told us would be $1,200.00 for the entire process and that can be check or cash and so I did, I gave him the money in cash $1,200.00 and he even gave me a receipt for that amount, and nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about how much was the balance due, so that would be all to begin with the process, process he made very stressful because we could never communicate with him, the secretary always told us that we had to left him a message and that he would call us, and it was something that he NEVER did, until my husband called and called until he could talk to him, he said that he was going to send us some documents to sign "today" and it took 1 week to send it, then the court asked for more documents and he never told us anything until a “legal assistant” called me very mad and rude, that we had not delivered some documents and that they needed them for that day so we had until noon to bring them and they called us at 11:30 in the morning, we are hard-working people and we cannot afford to stop working because they did not do their work when they should, this woman even told me, very sure that he had sent us the email and that she would check to see When he had sent it, obviously she didn't call us again because she knew that they had made a mistake so we called her and she told us “oh yes there was a mistake and we didn't send it to you” and that further delayed the process and today I received a report of the office of the standing chapter 13 trustee and where it says “attorney fee $2,045.00 and that I still owe them $505.00 WHERE DID THEY GET THAT FROM?! It means that they are charging me $3,245.00 for their “work”, “work “ that he did not did on time, this people brought me a lot of stress, anxiety and depression due to their poor management, be careful with these shameless scammers.

Everyone in the office was extremely helpful, courteous and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I had to declare Chapter 7 due to bills & & other expenses accumulated before,during & after my wife's demise on 10 September 2010. Changed my entire life!!!!! They were all extremely helpful from the moment I stepped into their office looking for advice and information. Process was quick and painless. Would 100% recommend and also use them for anything If I ever needed an attorney again as they offer a wide variety of services. I used them for my bankruptcy after a divorce and I couldn't believe how straightforward the process was. They took care of everything. The matter was resolved in no time and my credit is better now than it ever has been. I even just leases a brand new car for the first time in my entire life! Before I called them I was so hesitant about filing for bankruptcy and no my only regret is that I didn't call them sooner when I fell behind on payments.
