Referred by a family member who used their services 12 years ago. I respected the longevity of their business. The first meeting I had was very productive and informative, and the lawyer who met with me showed great empathy. I communicated frequently with Harriet and she is the reason I'm giving 5 stars- she was responsive, efficient, friendly and I can't say enough good things about her. The process was well laid out and the instructions given were extremely easy to follow. It was a quick and painless process. Harriet is the best!

My experience working with the team at Jacoby & jacoby was extremely pleasant, made stress free and quick. They all were able to answer any question I had, always returned emails and/or phone calls. The staff is very polite,professional and friendly. They were courteous, respectful and fair. They also work fast and keep you in the loop of what's going on with your case. I highly recommend them and in case anything ever comes up in the future( hoping not) I WOULD DEF USE THEM AGAIN :)

Very pleased with the service of Mr Richard Jacoby and his staff. So friendly and efficient. Always there to answer any and all questions I may have had. My bankruptcy had hit a bump in the road and Mr. Jacoby handled it and I didn't have to do anything which was a big weigh off my shoulders. I feel they deserve 10 stars. One very satisfied client.
