I work the night shift so I do not have many daytime hours to dedicate to personal matters because I am usually catching up on sleep. I had to do a bankruptcy, embarrassing but I had no choice. I made the decision to call Jacoby & Jacoby they were very helpful over the phone and I made an appointment for a free consultation. They were sincere and I knew my worries would go away. They were on top of everything, anything I got in the mail, or phone calls from annoying creditors they took care of it for me; what a load off my mind! My life became easier, stress free, I felt safe with them. A year later I called them to say I got a bill in the mail, with a pleasant voice they said, " we'll take care of it, don't worry", I didn't get charged for it either. They were truly wonderful and I recommend their office to everyone!

I went to Jacoby & Jacoby to file a bankruptcy. I was apprehensive about filing bankruptcy but the office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful which put me at ease. The attorney who handled the court hearing was very courteous and took the time to prepare me for what was going to happen at the hearing and answered all my questions thoroughly.
