My Dad received approval for medicaid and was placed into a long term care facility. I remember a year ago today reading reviews like this being unsure who i should go to in order to get legal advice. Finding care for my father was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do. I do commend Tully law on providing excellent service and ultimately securing medicaid approval for my father. Its a long process which requires a lot of documentation and they did help along the way and were very receptive to feedback. Brian, Lorriane, Liz and Alicia are all excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

In April of 2017 my mother Barbara was rehabilitating at Our Lady of Consolation in West Islip, NY. My mother was fighting cancer and we knew we had a tough road ahead of us. I asked my mother “What do you want me to do Mom?” She answered, “I want you to save our house”. I went home and looked for some pamphlets on caring for your aging parents I took from a seminar I attended sometime in 2015 and I called Tully Law Group, PC. Since that call, Tully Law Group, PC has very skillfully and professionally helped me to not only get the care that my mother needed until she passed away in November 2017 and save the house as my mother wanted but also helped me to get the care my father needed after he became ill a month after she passed away. Tully Law Group, PC also helped us with a very difficult probate for my grandmother who passed away in 1990. All I can say is I could not have done this without them. For my parents and I we had a very fast moving crisis with complexity and the expertise and depth of knowledge at Tully Law Group, PC got us through it. Besides thank you, all I can say is Tully Law Group, PC number 1 on my speed dial!!!

Brian Tully was referred to me by a family member. We met with Brian a couple of times to review our needs and for him to outline what legal services he and his firm could provide me and my wife. He gave us extensive information and answered all questions and concerns with lots of patients and Understanding. His professionalIsm and knowledge gave us the comfort we needed in our trying time. His staff and associates were very professional, friendly, and courteous and tended to all our concerns and questions. Glenn Riegler was our attorney for the purchase of our first home. He is extremely professional and courteous. He was always available for any questions and patiently addressed any concerns we had. We had our offer accepted at the beginning of the pandemic and his knowledge and expertise helped us feel confident in moving forward knowing that if anything happened he would protect our interests. I was always able to reach him and he worked well with the others on our team. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Glenn Riegler to anyone looking for an attorney. Not what I expected from a firm that seemed so nice in the beginning.

My family has been very pleased with our experience with Tully Law. We highly and confidently recommend Brian Tully and his staff. In addition to the standard estate planning documents, my parents wanted to set up a special needs trust. This was confusing and daunting, but Brian explained the process clearly and helped us understand our options. We also took advantage of the invaluable Elder Care coordination program, which helped us immensely in dealing with assisted living, nursing homes and hospitals.

I’m not one to write reviews. However, Glenn is the best. Through selling and buying homes, he’s been my go guy. Answers the phone and emails back in a timely fashion. Great doing business with him. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!

The Tully Elder Law Firm is a wonderful and unique resource for older people (and those not so old!) who wish to make arrangements for their estates that will protect them and their progeny in dealing with their assets in their later years and upon their demise. Their services are thorough, attentive and compassionate. Having gotten their help with our wills, health proxies and trust, my wife and I feel that we can relax and know that all is taken care of. If this is something you have let slide and not yet attended to, you would do well to seek their services.

My parents recently engaged Mr Tully’s firm to put together an estate plan and to set up a trust for a disabled family member. From the start Brian and his associate Ms Amy Latuga made my parents feel comfortable and treated them with kindness and compassion. Amy discussed all of the options available to my parents and drafted a well written plan that protects the interests of all the parties involved and gave my parents peace of mind. I have never written a review before but must make an exception to commend and recommend Tully Law for helping us to prepare for and then to secure and stabilize our lives as we faced (and continue to face) the challenges of my mother’s illness. I thank Brian Tully, Dana Marcinka and Amy Latuga for their exceptional understanding, patience and compassion as well as their skill, knowledge and determination to help us care for my mother. They are responsive and thoughtful, sincere, dedicated and hardworking. In 2015, my fiercely independent, self made mother struggled to trust anyone. It was tough for my sister and I to get her to a complimentary appointment with Brian to address her future. Once there, my mother (as well as my sister and I) immediately found Brian engaged, concerned and well informed. As we began working with Brian Tully and Amy Latuga to protect and provide for Mom’s future, we found ourselves greatly relieved that we had good and experienced people we could count on to guide us and help my mother. Dana Marcinka has been a true blessing as well as she helps administer Mom’s care plan and genuinely enjoys her visits with Mom. Dana attends all meetings with nurses to ensure all goes smoothly and she is always ready to listen to our concerns and share resources and guidance. We have greatly benefited by knowing and working with Brian, Amy and Dana these several years. As a result of their continued involvement and help, my mother is safe and well despite her illness and is enjoying the best quality of life she can at this point in her journey. We, as well, are able to enjoy life with her too with less stress and worry. I know my mother would love to be able to thank each of you with her own words for what you have done to help her.
