I highly recommend Tully Law PC when it comes to elderly care. Caring for the elderly is such a complicated task when we want to love our parents the best we can, while still maintaining our own sanity juggling our marriage, children, and careers. I felt my physical and emotional life drained out of me the moment my elderly parents moved in with our young family. We need so much help, but my husband and I were left to care for them. Out of desperation, I asked Tully Law PC to help. This group is God-send and they were so caring every step of the way, from consultation, to wills/health proxies, to advising the elderly’s financials and benefits. We felt total support from them and they have taken away so much stress out of this aspect of our lives, that they helped turning this daunting task into a joy to care for our elderly parents. Thank you Tully Law PC for what you do, and how you do it.

Team is professional and caring. They spend the time to make sure you fully understand and don't rush you. They are willing (and do) go above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve a one star. We began the process of guardianship with them in August 2016. One year later, and this is still NOT done. We have completed mounds of paperwork and handed everything to them in time. I wish I could say the same for them. They didn't even check the paperwork was all completed before they handed in to the courts, and so when it was finally handed to the judge, after 3 months of sitting in the courts, the paperwork was returned because a date was missing by this law form. Now the Judge says that because the law firm sat on our paperwork for so long, some of the documents need to be redone because they have to completed within a specific amount of time before handing to the court. This means relying on doctors and outside providers for our child to complete everything again, mounds of paperwork, get it notarized again etc. Not an easy feat! The law firm is far from apologetic. They are actually rude about the whole thing, are still unresponsive to our calls, they ignore our emails, and simply the blame the employee for not doing her job. I'm not one to give public reviews, but in this case I feel it is very warranted, because maybe we can save somebody else from this terrible ordeal. If you are looking for a law firm, I strongly suggest you do NOT use this one!

When dealing with a foreclosure, there is so much to deal with. The office of Alfred Walendowski, PC made every step in the process easy to understand and the outcome was fantastic. I would highly recommend this law firm to any individual facing foreclosure.
