After my divorce, I was struggling financially, and didn’t realize my ex husband had a home equity loan. This caused my home to go into foreclosure. I was a total mess, couldn’t sleep, eat, work, think, etc…. I felt overwhelmed and lost. I googled bankruptcy attorneys and The Law Office of Ronald Weiss was one of the attorneys that came up. From the moment I called them, and made that appointment I felt a sense of relief. Once I met Ryan & Misty I felt secure in knowing they will take care of me. They always had time to answer my calls and emails. They walked me through every step and made sure I was getting the best outcome. They restored my sanity, and I will always be grateful to them.

Arrived at the office at 4:45 pm for a 5:00 pm free consultation. They were loud and joking as if no clients would be coming in. I thought it was I’m unprofessional, but if that’s how Mr. Weiss allows his staff to represent him then who am I to complain. Anyway, Did I was taken into the conference room until 5:20, then waited another 5 minutes before Mr Weiss came in. He quickly went through my debt or at least what I told him and he determined what chapter I should file. He did not explain anything and when I informed him I would not be able to afford the monthly price I would have to pay he quickly tried to push me into his negotiations team. Never once did he explain anything, unless I asked him. He did not take into account any of my current debt, nor did he ask about any of my everyday debt. I had to ask him questions all while he was standing up and acting like I was inconveniencing him. He abruptly left the room saying someone from his negotiations team would come in to talk to me. After 10 minutes of me waiting, no one came in and I got up and left. If it is about money then they should charge a consultation fee. Don’t make it free and seem like the client is wasting there time. I would def not recommend anyone to this firm. Clearly they are not empathetic and don’t really care. But really what do you really expect from attorneys.

Hedayati group of lawyers are well experienced professionals and I've had a chance to work with multiple attorneys on my case. Lots of preparation and hard work from the team and a job well done! Kudos to Michele for her support and for dealing with my calls and texts 24/7!

James is a wonderful attorney and mediator. He is friendly and nice, yet also always professional. He was upfront with me about everything and thoroughly explained the whole process and the costs involved. I could tell from our initial consultation that he wouldn’t drag the issue out to increase my bill and that he would do his best to help me reach a resolution. He stayed on top of everything on his end and always kept me updated every step of the way. And, to top it all off, he was successful in achieving the goal we wanted to reach. I would gladly work with James again if the need ever arose, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
