My biggest regret is trusting this law firm, especially the attorney John Luke. He lies to get your case and then does the least amount of work. When the going gets tough, this law firm will abandon your case. They definitely don't fight or advocate for your federally protected rights, and have no empathy if you are disabled.

Jason is very professional, keep in contact with his client on a weekly basis and overall a very nice individual. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

I am a 61 year old man and have been exposed to many lawyers for many reasons. I have purchased many properties, I am a small businesses owner having to deal with getting paid for services and rent, been through a hostile divorce and also a few law suits. This all said there is a saying decisions are between alternatives. Having first hand experience with lawyers I found Jason Altman to be the best! His knowledge and experience in top notch! One thing that I always experienced with other lawyers was they would always tell me what to do and how they felt about the situation. Jason Altman would listen to me and spend time to understand what I was trying to say and my feelings about the situation. His attention to me made me very satisfied when he worked on my case because I always felt we were moving in the direction that was best for me financially and emotionally. If you scroll down you will read an amazing experience I "thought" I had with this law firm. I've learned, there are a lot of back room deals and hand shakes that occur at the expense of the client. I've paid thousands and thousands of dollars off of a ten thousand dollar retainer that provided me with no piece of mind. I've provided most of the case file at my time and expense which is why I hired this law firm in the first place. Now I ask for my documentation that "I" provided for the last three weeks and I keep on hearing "we will call you back". Unacceptable. Quick to take an envelope filled with money, without doing the work. I have experienced the worst time in my life going through my Divorce. Mr. Hedayati as well as, Ms. Fenton have been phenomenal in guiding me through this difficult time in which, I would not trust anyone outside of them; to fight the way they have for my rights as a father. They have displayed tremendous patience with me as well as, genuine care and concern for me. The office staff (Susan) has always shown me nothing but compassion and provided me with the resilience I've needed to indoor the fight that is fair and equitable for my son. Ms. Fenton has always directed me in the right path and fought for me when I couldn't fight for myself. I am thankful that I have Mr. Hedayati and Ms. Fenton to represent me. They are tremendously compassionate and have provided me the confidence I need to be a great father to my son. This is by far the Law farm needed to accomplish what is right for each parent and any children involved. I thank God everyday for all that they have done and continue to do for me. Love this guy ! He came recommended from a friend for a house closing. He was great - explained everything and was there every step of the way. He is smart, savvy, professional... just wonderful. We used him again when both of our kids were closing on a house/co-op, and again when my parents sold their house. And we will be using him again when we sell our house ! I would give ten stars if I could.

STAY AWAY!!!! I wish I can’t give them - *. First, I met Hedayati and thought he was going to represent me on my divorce case. First day of court he sent someone who wasn’t prepare for court, then he game a different lawyer who wrongly advise me many times and cost me to lose my daughter then that same lawyer QUIT (had I not called them I wouldn’t have known) so he switched back to the first unprepared lawyer he originally gave me. This firm is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!. They were over charging for work they didn’t do and emails they sent to the opposite attorney using the opposite attorney incorrect email address. I didn’t wanted fired them because I kept believing their LIES but when the judge DISMISSED MY CASE I fired them immediately. This firm are nothing but LIERS and MONEY HUNGRY SO BE CAREFUL!!!
