What can I say about a Law firm who makes you feel like family as soon as you walk through the Door. When I first met Al Hedayati, Esq. about my divorce he reassure me that his firm would do everything to make my Divorce go as smoothly as possible. It only too 1 year and all documents were sign and done, divorce over. When I had question, he was there to answer them without hesitation. If he wasn't at his office when I called, he would call as soon as he got back. That's one thing I love about this Divorce Law Group. MONEY was never an issue for Al, he always wanted me to know that everything was going to be okay even when sometime things got a little crazy with my ex-wife lawyers. But Al firm stood strong!!! Then when I met his partner Steve I knew things where going to be okay.Steve took charge of the nasty stuff, never back down knowing his client deserved what they were entitle too. When we where order by the Judge to go down stair in the conference room and work/hash it out how ever it took, he DID!!! 6 straight hours no break. Steve and Al got me everything I ask for, her Pension/retirement, Tim-share, etc. Now my children can travel anywhere in the world and so will their children because of the Hedayati law Group, I went there just yesterday, I felt I was at a family function. I never felt good about a law firm like the " HEDAYATI" Law group. I will always recommend this office to any one in need of a Family oriented Divorce firm. I'm proud to call this firm my Family. From the consultation to the process - John was first in class! My husband and I were faced with a difficult situation, right after being married - and John was able to advise and assist us flawlessly. I appreciated the time he took to really understand our case as well as his business acumen and intuitive nature in communications. I had the pleasure of finding and hiring John to help me with a recent issue with a former employer (involving severance and potential wrongful termination). John took the time to meet with me, talk about what I wanted, about how we could go about that, set clear timelines for deliverables, and then executed on everything he said he would. John from our first meeting was very personable and seemed to truly care. John wound up getting me over 50% more than I was originally intended. I literally could not have done it without him. I can't say enough good things about him and would more than highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good, hard-working, and personable lawyer.

I was fired wrongfully after making several complaints. I called the Derek Smith Law Group and spoke with Mr. Luke. After hearing the facts he asked me to come in. I was reluctant but I'm glad I did. Mr. Luke never stopped working. I would wake up with emails in my box from 2am. He really took my case personally and I felt like he was one of the family. He has a lot of clients but I was never left feeling like a number. He explained the ins and outs and made the law comprehensible.
