When I developed ME/CFS that kept worsening, I realized I had to give up my career as an MD. I felt vulnerable and terrified. I consulted several lawyers at that time, and Jason Newfield stood out of the crowd. Not only was his fee structure the most reasonable out there, but he specializes in ME/CFS—a disease that many doctors don’t even believe exists, because research on it is scant and there aren’t any easily available tests to diagnose it (yet). Jason took a lot of worry off my mind, as he knew the exact tests for me to undergo, and exactly what my insurances needed to hear to get my claims accepted. He has a kind and calming manner, and is a hard worker. I wound up with all 3 of my private disabilities accepting my claim!
