I never received anything of great service from them. The office manager was overwhelmingly rude to me I asked a question about my case not knowing the answer of course as I am the injured party and receive such a overwhelmingly nasty response back I was brushed off told her I would be receiving a phone call after joyce checked up on the situation the same day it’s been three days later and I still haven’t received a phone call no one initially called me to discuss my situation no one responds back to you when you speak to the owner or boss Everett the gentleman is if you have a complaint he’s going to dismiss you and tell you to move on and good luck I would not recommend this firm to anyone whatsoever The only person that conducted themselves of etiquette and quality was Francesco

My case for workman compensation was handled by Klee Woolf Goldman & Filpi in a highly professional manner. The services provided by the law firm and its staff was exceptional that I have never experienced with any law firm before. The law firm's staff would always be there to take phone calls and answer all my inquiries. They would be very prompt to get back to me in case a message has been left. i would like to specially mention Lisa Fidul, who has been the contact person in my case. Employees like Lisa are great asset to any organization given her diligence, courtesy and professionalism. In my case I would give her full credit for putting extra efforts to bring my case to its conclusion with the best possible results.

Can't seem to understand why i was referred to this law firm. Like most people who've never heard of a company i did a search review and from what i read this was the best workers compensation lawyers. Unfortunately i was sadly mistaken. I retained a similar law firm on my own (Pasternack LLP) But a paralegal from Klee wolf told that the law firm i chose didn't have my best interest & that if Klee wolf handle the claim i wouldn't have to worry about anything. That was Not true They have giving me run around answers, i called and talked with the workers comp board about the answer they couldn't give me and came to found out that no one from Klee wolf had called to check in on my case. Months went by and they didn't contact me or update i had to call in to check on the status. I hope this review would help someone else who was in need of help and might do what i did look on google reviews about a company with 5 star ratings

Attorney Goldman is very good. He represented me in a Workers Compensation case. He was fair, impartial and honest.

It is impossible to communicate with them. The receptionist answer the phone but place you on hold ad forget about you! So annoying....

The only way to win a workers compensation claim is to retain a firm like Klee, Woolf, Goldman and Filpi. Insurance companies and their lawyers will try to make claimants' lives miserable by doing unethical things, but KWGF have seen all of these games before. Andrew Woolf is a great attorney who knew everything about my case, knew the outcome that he wanted and eventually got the case there. My case went on for 4 years, I had 2 surgeries, injections, therapy, etc - and countless hearings. I was well represented and it was obvious that everyone in the Workers Compensation system respected the firm. It's hard enough to get through a workers comp claim, but without a firm like Klee, Woolf,Goldman and Filpi- you wont have a chance.
