I'm really thinking about asking for help somewhere else. I'm not getting the help I need at all . My benefits has be cut even after surgery. My last court hearing I didn't received my arrears in back money and my payments remained the same. My physical therapy was discontinued and the therapist asked me do I have a good lawyer . I'm a person who doesn't like change but my life is at stake and my finance I'm just disappointed

Lisa Fadul has the patience of a saint.I 'm very lucky to have her handling my cases. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely has my best interests in mind when talking to the adjusters. My opinion and experience with this law firm has changed drastically. I have been misrepresented by Klee Woolf for.almost two years now. I have found it very difficult communicating with them and am only updated or informed on any activity with my case if I call I. And inquire about a correspondence I have received from Worker's Comp. Which is sad. It would seem they are only here for the part where I have a hearing and they receive a fee. They have not updated any medical history or records for review by the judge it is absolutely ridiculous. I am sick of calling their office and being kept on hold for 25-30 min only to be hung up on and have to call back and deal with a nasty receptionist who obviously doesn't appreciate the fact that she has a job. I have addressed my concerns to many of the paralegals there to no avail or resolve. This update had to be made, hopefully it helps someone in their search for a good Worker's Comp firm.

Where do I begin? From the professionalism to the great customer service... They really helped me with my workers comp case and got me a great settlement! Kudos to Lisa as well for expertly negotiating with the insurance carrier for a good settlement in my favor. I highly recommend them!
