I was in a car accident, it was a hit and run. And I’m so glad that I was referred me to Schalk, Ciaccio, and Kahn. I have an aversion to anything around insurance or legalese, but Josh Kahn handled my case flawlessly- he was so insightful, knowledgeable, patient and just cool! He told me exactly what to do every step of the way and he and his office made everything so easy and painless for me. Their secretary Dawn is also extremely responsive and super sweet. We all know that customer service will make or break an office. Dawn is helpful and fantastic and so is everyone there I’ve spoken to when I called. Josh also set reasonable expectations for my settlement and I got more than I thought I would. He is the BEST. I really appreciate this office and the way they handled my case. My lawyer acquired all pertinent needed from me to successfully bring the case to an end. The insurance was the "foot dragger" in my case and then brought up a time limit for the case while not responding to my lawyer when pertinent questions were posed to move the case along.
