All four of us are grateful for Paolo's personal, professional attention. Last fall and winter, the pandemic caused delays within the post office and local government agencies; nonetheless, Paolo facilitated the filing of our documents and kept us well informed of the process. Paolo came to my Family as a reference from another close family. My sisters, Parents and I were novices about Estate Planning, and our primary goal was to engage an Attorney that would show patience, act with courtesy, demonstrate knowledge of Estate Planning, and be available to answer our questions (both during and after the document creation period). During our initial meeting, Paolo clearly explained all documents and their specific purpose. He was especially patient for my Parents, who, as one might imagine, were a little anxious (as this pertained not only their Estate, but also their long-term well-being). Paolo clearly explained that while he worked with our entire Family, my Parents were his clients, and he was here to protect all their interests. We reviewed thirteen (13) documents, and prior to signature, he gave us time to review and ask any follow-on questions. I sent him a long list of questions, and he answered every one. Needless to say that when it was time to sign the documents, all family members did so with clear purpose and understanding of all that we were signing. At the conclusion of our sessions, and after all documents were signed, submitted to authorities, and shared with ourselves (I preferred e-copies and that is exactly what I received), all family members agreed that we had made the right decision in selecting Paolo for this family activity. For these reasons, I highly recommend Paolo.

I have spoken many times on the phone from the beginning to the end with Mr. Riebling. The end consisted of him stating, many times, that he has no file for me despite many court dates in the year and a half he acted as my attorney. Do not be fooled. My original review is below. I retained Mr. Riebling for a family case while he was working for a previous firm. When he left the firm I continued to work with Mr. Riebling WITHOUT paying any additional retainer. We went to trial via zoom. He was difficult to get in touch with and always claimed he was waiting for paperwork. He put no effort into the case. He did use any additional evidence. He also did not call any witnesses on my behalf, except my husband and asked 3 questions and nothing regarding the incident that occurred. As far as we can tell he never even requested my legal documents from the state, or the files from the social workers. After the trial we requested he return my file to me, which according to him contained one document, which at first he was refusing to even return that document. I was advised by another attorney to report him to the bar if he did not return the file. I am more shocked and bewildered than angry. I really don’t understand why he would continue to stand in as my attorney and do absolutely no work on the case , despite not receiving any additional retainer. Why not just tell me to retain another attorney, or request another retainer?? I really can’t speak to anything else about him he appeared professional, I guess we took the bait. We have had the whole case reviewed by two other lawyers, who tell us unfortunately because the trial was so botched there is not much they can do in terms of an appeal. This now affects my ability to work for the next 20 years and this was my only chance to appeal. Again I will state that this is a family case so I’m sure there will be some type of response slandering my character. My family has gone through something extremely difficult. We are moving forward. I am tired of thinking about why he would do this to me and my family, why wouldn’t he just tell us to get another attorney? I do not recommend this attorney for any family matter.

Would 100% recommend. Marcia, Stephen, and team handled my case with swift action, remaining totally responsive and ultimately succeeding on my case. Will not find a more professional and knowledgeable team in the tri state area.
