A true professional from the start.  My mother and I were referred to Paolo during what turned out to be a very difficult time for her.  After researching his background and extensive experience with estate planning I knew he was someone we needed advice from.  From our very first interaction he made both my mother and I very comfortable and we knew we were in good hands.  He worked quickly and efficiently through what I believed to be a very complex process.  Always available for the random thought/question that my mother would come up with. I worked with Nathan last year regarding a very unfortunate and uncomfortable situation during an extremely uncomfortable environment because of COVID. Nathan is very detailed and his prices were fair. He quickly put my mind at ease about the situation and handled everything. He asks a lot of questions and then a lot of follow-up questions so that he is prepared for any scenario. Due to COVID, a lot of our exchanges were done via email and/or Zoom. That didn't affect anything. In fact, it probably made things a bit easier when it came to the actual court proceedings. I highly recommend Nathan.
