As parents, my husband and I were so comfortable with Brian Berkowitz representing our son. We were so worried that our son's careless error in judgement this one time could destroy everything he worked so hard for in his life this far. Brian assured us he would do whatever he could to keep that from happening. He explained everything to us in full detail. There were no surprises along the way. My son also was very comfortable with Brian defending him. He truly felt he had his best interest on his mind from the beginning. My sons case was wrapped up in two court appearances. We were as happy as we could be in this circumstance with the outcome. I hope we never need to retain Brians services again but I would never hesitate to call him if we did. He is an excellent attorney and a heartfelt human being.
