Zohaib was excellent. My transaction was a very difficult one. The seller was trying to hold my in default and retain my downpayment but Zohaib made sure that did not happen. Because of him we were able to eventually close the transaction and I was able to purchase my dream home. I would highly recommend him to everyone. HE IS THE BEST!
