We just closed!!! And thanks to Zohaib he made it happen quick and easy. Our process was long due to the mortgage guys but through it all Zohaib was super professional, helpful and knowledgeable about everything in regards to our process. He’s blunt and to the point which I appreciate especially when handling such a big purchase. He won’t beat around the bushes selling you dreams, which is exactly what you need and want! I closed on my co-op with Zohaib. He did a great job in representing me in the transaction. He was effective, communicated well and had my best interest in mind. During closing, he explained everything to me, took care of minor issues that arose and made sure we closed the transaction. Highly recommend him!

Zohaib was fantastic. Really sharp and very accommodating. He assisted my parents with the sale of their home and the purchase of a new one simultaneously. It was very stressful but he made it easy and painless. He also assisted with their Wills and Power of Attorneys and he explained everything very clearly and was patient and understanding. He is also a very smart lawyer and we knew we could rely on him. Being a lawyer myself, I can tell when dealing with a professional and Zohaib was top notch.
