I went broke from them always charging My card. They never responded to My concerns only worried about their next payment. Nothing ever changed… I started at a 645, didn’t need much but they didn’t do nothing to better My credit. After a year or so of no improvement, I changed My bank info so they’d stop charging My account for literally not doing nothing!

I received the most excellent service for my case with attorney Mr.Peltz and paralegal Mr.Flores, they make sure the process was smooth and clear their staff were very professional and kind. I recommend them to your friends and family.

"I have been using Lexington Law on and off since 2000. While their service was personal and attentive in the beginning, it has become a frustrating, automated nightmare. For $120 per month, I expect timely responses and effective resolutions to my inquiries, but that has not been my experience. In March, I submitted documentation to correct a negative item on my credit report. By July, I noticed no progress and called to follow up, only to be told that my request had been overlooked. I asked for a credit on my premium subscription due to their oversight, but they only offered to downgrade me to a lower-level plan. Needing the issue resolved, I stayed on the premium plan, hoping for better service, yet my experience has worsened. To date, I've made three calls and sent four emails, all without response. For a company in the credit repair industry, I would expect better communication, accountability, and respect for long-term clients. Lexington Law’s current approach to service leaves much to be desired." A 1 STAR is generous.

The worst service i ever trust. paying monthly nothing change taking double the payment I decided to cancel 4 weeks ago they still taking my money out of my bank account is crazy I have to call my bank get new debit card
