These guys frivolously sue hundreds of small businesses all on behalf of a puppet plaintiff in what amounts to extortion. They sued an electrical bike company that helps the disabled gain back mobility on the grounds a of an ADA (website accessibility) violation. They then force the defendants (victims) to sign NDAs in settlements so they can keep their gimmick going. These clown attorneys trying to make it this way is very sad to see. Website accessibility lawsuits like these undermine legitimate claims from the visually impaired community and larger disabled community as a whole. Very sad.
