ZERO STARS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU REGARDING YOUR CASE. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR EVERYTHING AND THEY BARELY GIVE YOU INFORMATION THEN. I WAS SO LOST NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON. ALSO WHEN YOU GO TO CANCEL JUST KNOW THAT YOU’LL OWE A MONTH BECAUSE THE FIRST PAYMENT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS SERVICES SO ESSENTIALLY YOU'RE PAYING FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH.
