Excellent law firm. Would highly recommend for any immigration needs. Mark, irina and Becky are very knowledgeable lawyers and very attention to detail . They are very patient in answering any questions and hats off to them. They got my I-526 Approved and 2 other friends that I referred to them got approved without any RFE. On the other hand Sanjay and Scott also supported very well with the admin side of the cases.

Your better off doing your self

The laywers here are very flexible and helpful. When we shipped the RFE materials, it got delayed by weather, and right passed the due date. They immediately asked FedEx for weather conditions explanation letter and sent it to USCIS. Even the material got delayed initially and we still got case approved. They spent efforts to help you when they can.

First of all I do appreciate that your help on my VISA, and help me get through it. I really do. Your firm help me last year about all my H1b process. I was satisfied with the service last year. So this year when i transfered my VISA I still chose your firm because i thought you had all my documentations you knew my case you would be the best choice for me. But i am not satisfied with the service this year. When I prepared the documentations, someone asked me some files we had given to you before. When closed to the deadline, i emailed you, i always got the response the second day which made the preparation longer. And you used to answer me so quickly before just suddenly changed. When only few days left, the lawyer reviewed our documentations and found some problems which could definitely avoid in the first place if someone could remind us ahead, rather than last minute to say "oh no, this is conflict" . And other small things made me feel that my case was not a big deal for you. I was super nervous and worried about my VISA this time because I didn't know I should totally trust you or not. I still are willing to keep working with you for the future immigration stuff. I hope you could do better, because you are the one supposed to be trusted to help us deal with legal issue.
