Original review has been updated. ##Final update, As of Nov 25 2019, we got our new interview notice which was issued out on Nov 20 2019. The new interview is on Jan 08 2020. Our first interview notice was issued out on August 29 2019, the interview date was October 11 2019, which we had to cancel per the wrong location. Here is a 3 months delay, which could have been avoided. Also it drags the entire thing into the following year. Other than all the hassle above, I had heard nothing on my Combo card yet, it's almost 7 months since May 2nd, Case was received. Though I'm qualified to file an case inquiry and I did that on Nov 22. Over all, their typo on our Zip code caused us more than what we should receive as legal services, time and financial loss together, no one can repay. ## Update, After my public complaint has been pushed through their management, they are really on top of it. I received two phone calls from their office manager and supervisor lawyer, within hours the same day. Both of them admitted the problem and apologized to us sincerely, and I acceptted it. They also patiently explained to me their working process, how they will try to adopt a better method to avoid this from happening to anyone else again, also what may happen to our case and how they decided to fix this. The best solution for now is waiting until we got a new interview date, besides that they also agreed on a full refund to us. I have zero intention to give any people any hard time, what made me decide to publish this review was their original reply, by which I personally found not responsible, seemed like their management was not fully acknowledged either. My two cents for whoever is reading this review would be, try your best to weigh in as early as possible. If you don't receive a copy when the case was submitted, ask for it. I will not be the first nor the last who encounters such situation, but at least if you had access, here's a larger chance that things can be fixed with less price, not liking us who have to wait to the last second again for a postponed date, and bite the bullet for wasted time. I will include a final time line once I have it, for your reference. Wish everyone the very best of luck. ## Original: If things went wrong, they won't admit it nor take responsibilities. Fact: I paid for them to do my marriage based green card application package, including I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765. 1, They submitted my I-485 with a WRONG ZIP CODE which belongs to Kentucky, while I live in Columbus Ohio. They did a typo by switching the 2nd and 3rd digit of my zip. 2, Our interview was scheduled in Kentucky, when me and my husband questioned about the location, they told us to go confirm with USCIS to see if it's their mistake. 3, Before we got our interview notice by E-mail from them, we never saw the full document nor had a chance to review the package. They send you your package along with your interview notice. They failed to catch the mistake done by them, I caught it and informed them. 4, They never apologized for anything, not even admit that they made a mistake. They called USCIS to reschedule our interview, without even mention the delay and potential loss this could have caused to us due to the working authorization for me. In Ohio, your green card may come faster than combo card sometime. Per the processing time on USCIS website and our initial interview date, by large chance that's our case too. They behaved like this entire reschedule issue hurt no nothing and still trying to blame on USCIS. I attached the screen shot of their reply when we tried to express our frustration, as a piece of proof. I would not recommend this place. When things are right, that means they did what they supposed to do as you paid them for. When things went wrong, I don't see them as reliable. Here's my experience, you make your own decision, hope you don't have to go through this bs like what happened to us, best of lucks to you.
