NYIS helped me apply for my H1b and respond to my RFE effectively. My case has been approved successfully. The lawyers are very professional. But I feel they can be more efficient. Both of my two requests took longer time than I expected.

The staff there are very detailed-oriented. They prepared my paper work in a timely manner and answered all my questions within an hour. I am very satisfied with the work they have done. I would recommend this law firm to any one who need legal services.

affordable price compared with other agencies. However, NYIS still has some spaces to improve: 1. I was told that my application can be handed over in 3 months, but it took almost 7 months before it's sent out to USCIS. 2. The people who contacted with me (interns) have changed 3 times. Not sure if it's a good or responsible idea to let interns handle clients directly. 3. The contract missed the part that I need to pay for the reference letter from the organization. 4. As a law agency, NYIS might need to be more careful. I found several mistakes on my application before it was sent out. And the USCIS case number given to me was incorrect first. 5. NYIS has the website, weibo and wechat, but you don't have linkedin page or yelp. I understand your main clients might mostly be Chinese, but I can't find a platform to see the public review about you, especially when some mistakes happened which made me even more worried.
