The best law firm in town especially in immigration related area. My case was an extremely tough and complicated one. Long story short, a so-called immigration agent completely screwed up my immigration status and disappeared. My f1 reinstatement was rejected. NYIS helped me to appeal the case, managed to reopen the case and got finally got approved. I talked to several lawyers before talking to NYIS, they all said it is very slim chance, either don’t wanna take the case or asked for huge amount of money. At NYIS, the lawyer herself spent hours and hours to went through every detail of what happened, help me to collect evidence, talking to the schools on my behalf. The final attorney letter was very carefully and well written. Patient and friendly, most importantly, extremely professional. I would, actually I have had, recommend NYIS to all my friend who needs legal help.
