From 19 years old which is when my case have started , up until now (22 y/o) Mr. Massena has always kept the same positive attitude, mindset, and faith to help me fight through this momentous chapter. When he first picked up my case I had no thoughts in the world that I would still be maneuvering around free without any jail time. Mr. Massena told me everything will be fine and will make sure he'll do all he has to do, the ball was just in my hands and as long as we both put in the 50/50 I wont have to worry about anything 100%. My family and I were on our way to Toronto for a family vacation and unfortunately ran into an officer who was looking to give out tickets. We were pulled over, accused of speeding (despite the fact I was getting passed by other drivers but somehow I was the one stopped...but I digress), and then was also given two separate tickets for my 3 and 6 year old children for seat belt violations. My kids had their seatbelts on. When we were stopped, they pulled their arms outside of the belt in their carseats. Did I mention that the officer approached the car with his hand on his gun, yelled incessantly and also told us we were terrible parents. Suffice it to say that my husband and I were disturbed and shaken up, not the best way to start a vacation. I knew I was not going to pay this, but had no idea who to hire. I called a few lawyers but I was not sold. I googled and found Benjamin Goldman Law Office....after reading the reviews, I figured I would give them a shot. I mean, it couldn't get any worse right? I reached out via email, I was told exactly what to provide, explained what they could do and potential outcomes. I paid the retainer and followed their directions. My case was delayed a few times, but I was told not to worry and every step of the way I was contacted. Well...a miracle happened...I was sent an email to let me know that the tickets were dismissed, no points, no fines....NOTHING. I had THREE tickets...all worth a ton of points and I live in NJ...so I mean.....it was NOT looking good ...but this law firm pulled off the unbelievable and I am eternally grateful.
