Jana, the managing attorney at the firm, explained everything I needed to know about trademark registration. As I’m on the other side of the country, she was gracious enough to hold a video conference with me. She has been so helpful with the trademark application that I decided to involve her services in other business matters such as reviewing contracts and helping us form legally sound working relationships. I really never thought our business attorney would become so valuable. I’m glad I gave them a try, and truly cannot recommend them enough - great to work with, very helpful, well connected, insightful, and honest.

Get a tier 1 law firm expertise and competency at tier 2 prices. As long as you are ok with some compromises such as less availability of the attorney on specific dates. it is a much better deal than going to big litigation firms.

My husband and I almost lost the home we fell in love with because of an inexperience attorney who was not capable of securing our home after we received an accepted offer. The sellers were ready to walk away and i called Mr. Paykin who picked up the phone and contacted the seller's Attorney and the deal was back on the table in a matter of mins. That's how good Mr. Paykin is when dealing with closings. If i have to do it over i would still pick him, he always makes sure you're signing what you understand and your rights always first. He has an amazing Paralegal Jamie who goes through the difficult parts with you and makes the process a lot easier. We've closed on that same home we almost lost and it has been 3 weeks since we've moved in were happy. Need proper representation hire Me.
