Jana and her firm are the best period!! I have been through my fair share of horrible attorneys, where I had to come up with suggestions and ideas where I would basically do all the work for them. Jana and her crew was a breath of fresh air. They knew what they had to do from start to finish. They were always responsive and made the lawyer client experience delightful and a complete pleasure. Jana is not the type to just pass you off to one of her associates as soon as you sign a retainer agreement. She has always been responsive to me very quickly whenever I had a question, and unlike many other attorneys I am always able to get her on the phone. Jana and her firm are on the cutting edge of business law. I have retained her firm many times for a broad range of business endeavors from patents/trademarks to a start up Tech Company. Jana is very open-minded and no matter what crazy idea I had, she was always responsive and would always guide me to a path of success. I currently use and will ONLY use Jana Gouchev and Gouchev law for any and all of my business ventures and undertakings. In addition, her rates are extremely reasonable and very fair. Jana does not charge ridiculously high rates and she definitely does not eat and burn up retainers like most other attorneys. She maximizes her time for her client and is more than fair in terms of billing. No matter how big or small you idea or business is, and if you want the best and finest representation, then Jana and her firm is the ONLY way to go.

Alexander Paykin treated me like I was an important client even though it was a small problem that he advised me on. Surprisingly, Alexander got back to me with advice promptly and even took time out from a vacation he was on to call me. The advice was good, worth the price, and with the (lost) art of the personal touch thrown in the whole transaction was unbeatable.

Used the services of Gouchev Law for a few things including trademark registration of our business name and logo and doing a partnership agreement for our business, which was the same as our Operating Agreement. Even thought the price was a little higher then other quotes we got, for what we got, we are extremely happy we went with Jana and her firm. They are definitely worth it!

We had a first class experience from Alexander throughout our condo sale. As is to be expected in real estate transactions, there were several issues caused by realtors and the buyer's attorney - Alexander handled them all perfectly, while keeping us constantly in the loop.
