THEY WON FOR ME!!!!!!!!

Weiss & Associates is the best! I was ticketed for 81 in a 45. They got it completely dismissed! Since this was an 8 point violation I would have lost my license, then had to go to driving school to get reinstated. and would have had to pay a ton of money to get my license reinstated. I was just going to pay it but a friend strongly recommended an attorney. I am so glad I listened. HIGHLY recommended.

Last year, I got a speeding ticket and was threatened with 8 points off my license and a fine. I needed to get the issue resolved and didn't know how to deal with it. I scoured the web and discovered that the best way is through attorneys. I was disappointed and skeptical because I'm a do it "yourselfer" and I hate lawyers. I checked out firms online and their reviews. I looked for firms that had real reviews. I checked them for keywords that indicated false opinions. I work on websites so I also checked the professionalism of their sites. Taking into account all these factors, I reluctantly decided (based on my distaste, once again for lawyers) on Weiss & Associates. The result was a dismissal of the ticket and was found not guilty. Kudos and many thanks to Weiss & Associates!!! I still don't like lawyers but I definitely love you guys!! I now want to drive to Alaska just because I can.

First time hiring a lawyer for traffic court. 1) Google traffic lawyer 2) Clicked on Weiss & Associates 3) Gave them a call 4) CASE WON It was literally that easy. They were professional and highly recommended.

It took a while but it was worth the wait and the $ to have 3 tickets (given at the same time) and potentially 5 points dismissed and my record clean!!! The angry power crazed cop who said "I'm gonna' write till my hand hurts!" - cause he was having a bad morning... didn't win!!! - Rich

Driving in Brooklyn, NY, I made a turn at an intersection. Police stopped me saying I did not yield to pedestrian in the crosswalk. The man was still on the sidewalk when I entered intersection. I plead not guilty. When I got to the first court date, case was dismissed. New date - 9 months away! I completely forgot the rescheduled date until 2 days after. When I went to traffic court the following week I got a new court date. I told my friend my concerns - 3 points if found guilty. She suggested I contact Weiss and Associates. Worked for me for the ticket I got the night before my birthday. Another lawyer told me later, having not mentioned to him that I had one, that cell phone tickets are very hard to get off and he usually gets them reduced to 2 points. Well, 0 points for me with Mr. Weiss.

Hired Weiss and Associates to handle my son's traffic ticket. One court appearance and a Not Guilty verdict! VERY pleased.

I contacted Weiss & Associates after receiving a ticket for a fail to yield violation which was unfounded...but nevertheless I needed to deal with it! I received the ticket in Columbia County - over 2 hours away from my home. I wanted to fight the ticket but couldn't see how I would do this on my own and without a fair amount of inconvenience. I called Weiss & Associates and they made the process so easy. They took on the total responsibility for dealing with the ticket, the court dates and the outcome was excellent. The violation was dismissed and I am incredibly happy! If you have an issue - call them! I've never used a firm like this in the past...I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future!

I have 4 attorneys in my family and close circle, yet I chose to go with Weiss and Associates to represent me after I got a ticket for alleged improper cell phone use.
