Reached out to Weiss & Associates cause I saw a bunch of great reviews on yelp for them. Upon calling them, they gave me all the information about how the process would work. After giving them all the info they needed, they basically took care of everything. The process was smooth and painless. They also kept me up to date which I appreciated. Would recommend.

Weiss stepped in when i had to leave town on business and was unable to appear at a hearing. With very little advance knowledge or info they appeared on my behalf and got a 3 point violation dismissed. a stressful situation was turned into a non-issue quickly and with a minimum of involvement from me. thank you thank you thank you.

I was a a victim of a sting operation by NYPD to catch unwitting motorists who made a left turn on to a street reserved for buses. The sign is so hidden that you cannot see it until you have made the turn. A bunch of motorists were lined up all caught in this sting operation. Thanks to Wiess I was able to get off this ridiculous trap ticket which is nothing more than filling the city coffers and saved myself 2 points on my license. I did provide the photos to Weiss to aid them in my defense. Saved me time and effort in going through the crowded kangaroo courthouse. Location: Exit of midtown tunnel in the morning when one extra lane is mad inbound to Manhattan.

WOW! That's the best word to describe my satisfaction with Weiss and Associates. I highly recommend them for any NYC traffic violation. They did a GREAT job with my ticket. They communicated well with me as they worked the system. Then the results, dismissed. Is there a better word when you're waiting for the results of your traffic violation? I highly recommend them to my family and anyone else that needs their assistance.

This is the second time I have used Weiss & Associates. The first time they were able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. This time I was speeding 25 miles per hour over the limit which is 6 points, a big fine and an additional penalty of $300 paid over 3 years. They were able to knock it down to 4 points, a lower fine and no additional penalty. I hope I don't have to ever use them again. But if I do I definitely would use them and no one else.

I was hesitant at first, as I have never used lawyers for tickets before. These were very professional people, and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. They did not offer any guarantees, but were successful in contesting my moving violation tickets. Definitely worth the money, as they handled everything from Day 1.

After a 25 year record of perfect driving, I missed seeing a speed limit sign and got a very large ticket (hey Yonkers, what's with the 30 MPH limit on a six lane divided highway anyway?).
