The way they handle everything from day 1 is just amazing. They went to court for me several times and push it until they got a 0 points from 6 points i got on a speeding violation.

I have used Weiss and Assoc for two traffic tickets. The more serious one was 'Case Dismissed"!! The other one was a small fine no points or record on license! Weiss & Assoc is FANTASTIC! Do NOT even think of using anyone else!

Driving in New York City is dangerous not just because of traffic but also because of tickets. We all know some tickets are just undeclared taxes. I even had an officer tell me normally he would let me off a stop sign violation because he saw my brake lights, even though I didn't make a full stop, but Vision Zero gave him no discretion. After years of trying to defend myself against nit-picking moving violations, I was referred to Weiss and Associates. As a professional driver, we get discounts and the fee I pay Weiss is very much worth my not going to court just to be frustrated by a judge who may just be in a bad mood, but cost me hundreds in fees, lost work and insurance premium raises. Weiss and Associates is definitely worth their fees and will continue to use their services!

I recently used their services for a ticket I received in 2013. They were very professional and let me know what was going to happen and what they could do. I am to happy to say that they were successful in getting me a not guilty for traffic ticket! I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Having never done business with them, I was not too optimistic about my hearing. I was ecstatic when they informed me that my 8 point ticket was dismissed. First I was impressed with the website of Weiss & Associates; but was even more impressed with how quickly they resolved my issue. A+ all around; highly recommend.

The fact that they had my case dismissed wasn't the most important part, it was the communication and the fact that the didn't try to sell me on their services. They told me the truth and my chances and that made me happy. Their fees are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend them ESPECIALLY for cases where an NYPD officer claims you were holding your phone while driving.

Amazing that there are no negative reviews about them. All I can say is they definitely over charge you for defending you. Not only did I get the tickets placed on my liscense I got hit with 5 points on my license for a cell phone use when I always use head phones, no seatbelt violation by a dominican cop that not only abused the whole situation. So now I have to pay $400 plus and I got 5 points on my license plus whatever I payed these people. Not so great after all.

They got my cell phone violation dismissed! what more can I say ? Totally worth it.
