I was worried for 2 years while the court kept rescheduling my hearing for speeding - they had the charges dismissed - could have been as many as 8 points. Great result.

Received a ticket for "Disobey Red Light" which would have been 3 points on my license. Was reduced to 0 points and no fine !!! Didn't have to raise a finger or go to any court date, received an email saying case closed. Amazing results and very efficient.

If you are looking through these reviews and thinking these are too good to be true, think again! Do not hesitate to trust this firm with your traffic ticket. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. They will give you an honest assessment before taking your case and keep you updated during the entire process. In my particular case, they were able to get a dismissal for a speeding ticket that was "inflated" by the officer. So, I was looking at 6 points, insurance increases, fine, and surcharges. And it was only my word against the officer's. I was considering representing myself; however, for a modest fee it was much more convenient to hire an attorney. I know that these firms are all over the Internet, but I know now that I made the correct choice. Even the poor reviews indicate the firm's integrity in that they respond with accurate and detailed information as to why they were unsuccessful. In my case they were able to have my ticket dismissed--zero points, no fine, no insurance increase, no record on my license. I cannot thank them enough. One more thing--what impressed me most was their honest assessment before they even took my case. Many firms will simply take your money and not give you a fair assessment as to whether they can likely get a positive result. I had a 5 points ticket for use of electronic device, but in fact I never touched my phone screen. It made me very stressful at beginning. I would just like to thank the good people at Weiss & Associates for proving me Not Guilty on an undeserved ticket for a moving violation. I was very hesitant at first. I wanted to prove in court that the officer is in the wrong. The Not Guilty verdict I received today is proof that they are worth it. To me, it's justice. ok, I am so glad I found Weiss & Associates. I did an internet search for a reputable NY traffic law firm while waiting in my car for a ticket to be issued to me on 10th Avenue. It turned out to be 5 tickets ! (insert over-zealous rookie here) At that point I put it all in the hands of Weiss & Associates----and,man, did they deliver. Fast forward to less than five months later: I just got an email that states all 5 tickets were dismissed. Need I say more ? Thank you, Weiss & Associates !

They lost 3 tickets out of 3 tickets that's I hired them for, totally useless
