My case from day one has been smooth sailing. They have been there for us from before our marriage. A year and change later, we're married, process complete and my wife has a 10 yr green card. I really enjoyed not having to worry or do much because they did everything for us. All we did was gather some evidence, signed some documents and paid our fees.
