Fantastic experience! Accepted to pursue my case with many challenges. Michael Kaplen never gave up, even when posed with a vicious defense attorney. He was always one step ahead of the attorney and beat her at ever turn. When I called, emailed, or texted, Mr. Kaplen responded personally. The customer service was terrific and I always felt their entire team was attentive to every concern I had. I highly recommend the DeCaro/Kaplen team and thank them for everything they did for me!

As I have yet to receive my card, I am so greatful to have found support..this is by far the worst injury one could ever have..broken bones heal, but, living daily with this invisible injury is not only isolating, but a struggle I would NEVER wish upon anyone.

Before receiving my Brain Injury ID card I unfortunately had to experience first hand being called hurtful hurtful names, as well as being accused of lying & making up lies about having a Brain Injury, because on the surface I simply did not look like someone who suffered a traumatic Brain Injury at a young age. What most people don’t know is how difficult it is not only for me but for so many others with this type of injury, so many of us deal daily in silence after a car accident, fall, illness or unknown reason that may’ve caused someone to have a Brain Injury. But thanks to De Caro & Kaplen LLP after receiving my Brain Injury ID card I’m no longer judged, made fun of, questioned or accused of lying, making up, pretending or faking having unpredictable & embarrassing movements caused by my condition. I have been assisting as adult friend with a TBI. He had a “home made” TBI card to show police, restaurant employees etc but the professional card from De Caro and Kaplen is far superior and a great service to me friend.
